Graduation and Consecration of the first badge of Ga Presbytery Trained Catechists

To the glory of God, twenty(20) trained Catechists passed out from the Ga Presbytery School of Ministry. They are the first batch of Catechists to be consecrated after two years of intensive training at the Ga Presbytery School of Ministry.

They were consecrated at the Zimmerman Congregation, the Head Station of Abokobi District.

The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Prof. David Anum Kpobi, a former Chairperson of the Ga Presbytery; he was assisted by the Clerk of Presbytery, Rev. William K. Quaye.

Present were Tutors of the Ga Presbytery School of Ministry, some Ministers, Catechists, family and friends of the Consecrates.

Earlier during the service, all twenty four (24) graduates who undertook the course were graduated and awarded Advance Certificates in Theology. Rev. William K. Quaye on behalf of the Director and Board of Directors of the Ga Presbytery School of Ministry performed the act of graduation. The Rev. Dr. Opuni Frimpong, General Secretary of the Christian Council presented the certificates.
